Happy Swiss National DAY!
As my mother is Swiss, my dad descends from Swiss ancestors, and I practically grew up in the Swiss alps (kind of an exaggeration.... but we still visit often!), August 1 is always a special day for me!
It is like the 4th of July in Switzerland.....tons of fireworks, traditional food, and lots of decorations. Family, friends, fire, food. What more could ya want on a holiday?!

I love that country. It is actually my dream to live there someday.....hopefully it will come to pass. If not, I am sure heaven looks just like it!
So, to celebrate, go grab some family and eat Swiss chocolate, cheese, and bread :)
